  • Students arrive at the weekend and start learning English on the Monday
  • 15 hours of study per week

Course Description

You’ll learn in a class with students from other countries with the same level of English as you. Our student-centered course is designed to help you feel confident as you speak English. You will focus on your speaking, reading, writing and listening skills, as well as advancing your vocabulary and pronunciation.

Our teachers use a variety of classroom activities and teaching techniques to make your English learning experience positive and engaging, and most importantly fun! Our dynamic syllabus includes contemporary music, film and media, together with some fun face-to-face street surveys. Throughout the course you will participate in tasks, working individually, in pairs and in groups, to develop your language.

    14 00 – 17 00 Orientation Tour of Norwich. How to find the bank, post office, library, bus stops and meeting points. Followed by a visit to Norwich Cathedral

    14 00 – 17 00 Sport in the Park: football and volleyball
    19 30 – 22 00 Student disco (Host families to take and collect)
    Wednesday 09 00 -12 30 English Lessons
    13 30 – 18 00 Half-day excursion to the coastal resort of Great Yarmouth to include a heritage walk or a visit to Blickling Hall or to see the seals at Blakeney

    14 00 – 17 00 Cinema- students choose from one of the latest film releases

    14 00 – 17 00 Visit to Norwich Castle Museum
    Saturday 09 00 – 18 00 Full-Day Excursion to Cambridge to include a walking tour past the main colleges and a visit to St John’s College or punting on the River Cam

Lunch in St James’s Park. Choice of free time in Piccadilly Circus or Covent Garden or a visit to one of the many museums or art galleries

  • Welcoming and friendly full board homestay accommodation including 3 meals a day
  • Airport transfers included for groups of 15+ from London Stansted or Norwich airports (additional £20 per person for other London airports)
