Courses for young learners in England
Homestay Study Holidays for ages 13-18
(mid-June to end September 2012)
at The English Experience Norwich
This course is available for both independent students and group bookings.
Students can enrol for 1-4 weeks as desired; the course focuses on improving English through film, music, topics, project work, street surveys and culture. Classes are multi-lingual and students interact in pairs and small groups to grow in confidence as well as ability. All our courses combine lessons, activities and excursions with homestay accommodation to provide a full immersion English language experience.
Homestay Short Courses
(to mid-June 2012)
at The English Experience Norwich
This course is only available for group bookings.
We are able to offer a wide variety of lessons and activities that can be tailored to your specific needs and to suit your budget. In the past, short courses have been adapted to provide particular topics, for example lessons can have an economic/ environmental focus, or prepare students for FCE and IB exams. The courses can run from 6-14 nights and are available for groups of 15 students or more; for smaller groups please contact Sylvia, P.A. to the Director. Due to the nature of the programme, classes are likely to be monolingual. All our courses combine lessons, activities and excursions with homestay accommodation to provide a full immersion English language experience.
Residential Courses for ages 8-16

This course is available for both independent students and group bookings.
The English Experience residential course for young learners is designed to improve the students’ English language skills in a safe and protected environment. It is suitable for groups and independent students and runs for a four week period. Students can attend for one to four weeks as preferred.
The residential Course location is Easton College, an excellent venue just six miles from Norwich city centre. Easton College has outstanding features including state of the art classrooms with interactive-whiteboards, a new computer suite and superb sporting facilities (including indoor tennis courts and 3G football pitches). All lessons and activities take place on site. The College is set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, close to the lively city of Norwich, home of The English Experience.
Homestay English and Football Course for ages 13-18
1st July to 29th July 2012 at The English Experience English Language School and Community Sports Foundation
The English Experience Homestay English & Football course for young learners aged 13-18 is designed to improve the students’ football skills and knowledge as well as their English. The course is available for students who are pre-intermediate to advanced English level; all levels encourage English communication in and out of the classroom.
The students will learn English with qualified teachers at the school in the morning and in the afternoons they will go to Carrow Road, home of Premier League side Norwich City FC. Here students will receive high quality training on 3G pitches with professional coaches from the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation. The team have put together a course programme which covers a wide range of skills to improve the students’ game.
